📷 Where are milestone photos & how to upload
Where to find them: Photos live in your Google Drive project folder → inside a subfolder called Photos (created by the VendorAssist setup script).
Step 1 — Upload: Open your project's Google Drive folder → open Photos → drag & drop or upload your image.
Step 2 — Get link: Right-click the uploaded photo in Drive → Get link → set sharing to "Anyone with the link (Viewer)" → click Copy link.
Step 3 — Link it: Paste that link into Column K (Photo Evidence Link) of your Milestones sheet. VendorAssist will show a 📷 View button automatically on next sync.
Why Google links only? Direct file uploads are blocked across all roles — this protects against malware and viruses. Only the URL is stored, never the file itself.

🔐 Security model: There is no public registration anywhere — only this panel can create accounts. Non-admin users must have a project assigned to log in. Admins and VendorAssist Reps see all projects; other roles see only their assigned project. The built-in admin account (VendorAssist) cannot be deleted or modified. The Google Sheet is data-only and does not control login access.
